What can I find on the Oomph!
On Demand platform?

• Oomph! On Demand features awesome activity ideas, exercise inspiration and more…
• A whole bank of activity ideas, printable templates and activity books, as well as interactive quizzes. You can also find exercise moves, games and easy-to-follow exercise plans.
• PLUS, the platform features Oomph! TV, which has a library full of Joe Wickes-style exercise and yoga inspired sessions, activity how-tos, history talks, sing-alongs, virtual tours and more!

how do I get it?

I’ve signed up. How do I log in?

• If you have been signed up for Oomph! On Demand, you should have received an automated email containing your username and a link to set a password.
• Haven’t received the email? Check your junk inbox as it might have turned up there!
• Use the link in that email to set a password.
• Now you can log in with your username or email address and password here to start exploring!
• If you are having difficulty, let us know by emailing support@oomph-wellness.org

Please note that most homes and venues have 1 assigned log in, so you may need to share the log in details with other members of your team to enable them to use the platform as well as you.

I’ve signed up but the password setting link has expired! What do I do?

• The link expires after a set amount of time due to security reasons.
• Simply click here and enter your username or email address.
• It will send you an auto-generated link to set a password.
• Follow the instructions and log in!

How do I use the platform?

• You can use the platform on any electronic device that can connect to the internet – mobile phone, desktop computer, Smart TV, tablet etc.
• Once you’ve set your password, just go to www.oomph-wellness.org/login on your browser and log on!
• You can use the different resources on the platform in a variety of ways, either in 1:1s, group settings, or provided to participants to use independently.

How do I change my password?

• You can click “Forgot Password” on the log in screen, or conversely click here.
• Enter your username or the email address associated with your account.
• The system will automatically email a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
• Follow the link and enter your new password.
• Your new password will now be saved and you can log in with the new details.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

How do I give you feedback?

You can email our special support email address – support@oomph-wellness.org with any feedback – technical or otherwise! We routinely send feedback surveys to gather your opinions and make sure we’re constantly improving our platform. We’d really appreciate you filling these out when they pop into your inbox!
